Regardless of the crime committed, should it be the government's responsibility or right to ultimately decide whether or not a human life should be taken? Is it justifiable, is it hypocritical to punish someone who has taken a life (or lives) by in turn taking their life? There is no easy answer to this issue and are legitimate arguments on both sides. Let's sort this out by pros and cons....
