Pros & Cons of Apples iPad

Well the big day finally came and went. With all the hype leading up to the release I was very underwhelmed with the specs. I still think once the dust settles and some great apps are developed, it may still be a success. Some of the huge deal breakers like multi-tasking and flash support can be fixed in a software update. Hopefully that will be rolled out soon. Until then I am more than happy with my Macbook Pro and iPhone.
1. Thin and light
2. Price point - Starting at $499
3. 10 hours of battery life
4. App store - build on the existing success of the iPhone store
5. Compass and GPS
6. No contract needed for dataplan
7. Screen size - will be much nicer than browsing the web on an iphone
8. Development community - the same community that made the iPhone apps such as success will surely create awesome apps of this
9. iWork programs
1. The name - it might as well ship with a free tube of vagisil
2. No camera(s) - front or back
3. No SD card slot
4. No multi-tasking - the biggest deal breaker
5. No flash support
6. No HDMI
7. Extra $30/month for data plan
8. No USB ports
9. No OLED
10. Huge bezel - really needed?
11. No ability to make phone calls over the cellar network
