Pros & Cons of Should a gay guy move to Dallas?

Should I moved to Dallas from Los Angeles to be closer to my parents? What am I not considering?
1. Live closer to aging parents
2. Closer to niece & nephew who need role model
3. No earthquakes
4. Lower cost of living
5. Better job market
6. Fewer pretentious queens
7. Career is stagnant in LA so a better job market might be better for me.
1. Giving up somewhat stable job (it is a temp job)
2. Lose great weather
3. Lose boyfriend
4. Will I be able to be as "out" as I am in LA?
5. Reduced food diversity
6. Relocation expenses
