Pros & Cons of Rent out home and move to the beach

Should we rent out our condo and rent at the beach
1. We really enjoy the beach and are down there most weekends anyway
2. Opportunity to be outside more and more active
3. Proximity to shops and restaurants
4. Never get hot, no bugs
5. having people over more often
6. Sunsets
7. Swimming in the ocean in summertime
8. Will no longer feel as trapped here; free to move anytime (almost)
1. Move expensive
2. Less likely to live somewhere as nice
3. Renter could potentially cause trouble
4. We are losing money on this deal
5. Our house is custom and nice
6. We have a lot of stuff to move
