I need to decide whether I want to work in New York or ask for a transfer to the Bay.
1. Closer to family
2. Living in a beautiful place that doesn't snow
3. Being close to law school friends
4. Working on big tech deals
1. No culture
2. Not the center of corporate law
3. Bill might not be able to move
4. Further away from Europe
5. Living in a suburb
