Pros & Cons of Moving to Laguna Beach

Should we rent out our condo and move down to Laguna Beach.
1. Like the beach
2. Can walk to stores and restaurants
3. More things to do than Lake Forest
4. Would be a nice change of scenery
5. Never gets too hot
6. Can ride our "Beach" cruisers at the beach
7. Will not have to drive anywhere on the weekend
8. Might get a yard
9. Neighbors who share our taste
10. Will able to get outside more
11. Scan swim in ocean in just few steps far
12. Natural light
13. Can decorate a new place
1. More expensive
2. Might be smaller
3. Have to deal with renting out our condo
4. The interior of the Laguna house is most likely not going to be as nice
5. Moving is a pain
6. Signing a lease will tie us down for a little while
7. Risks of renters being bad tenets
8. No access to gym or sauna
