Pros & Cons of Moving to 617 Lombardy

Should we move to the little one bedroom unit on Lombardy street in Laguna Beach.
1. Original hardwood floor
2. Nice neighborhood
3. Lots of windows and light
4. Lots of parking space - Garage and huge driveway
5. Very nice size kitchen
6. Washer and Dryer
7. Patio
8. Vaulted ceiling
9. White paneled walls
10. Vintage Bathroom and kitchen
11. Reduced rent for first 3 months
12. Little ocean view
13. Close enough to walk to Whole Foods
14. Our furniture will look really good there
1. House next to it is finishing construction
2. Really small closet space
3. Electric stove
4. Not in North Laguna
5. A little smaller than current place
6. No fireplace, it looks like it would get chilly bones jones
