Pros & Cons of Signing the Lease for the Room

Moving to a new place for the 2012-2013 school year
1. Single room
2. Off street parking
3. Roommates would not be pharmacy students or sorority sisters
4. Get to learn a new campus
5. Not on a heavily traveled street
6. House looks more comfy and decorated
7. More privacy
1. Located closer to Douglass
2. House is older and smaller; not as nice as the house I'm in now
3. Rent is more expensive
4. Could possibly be harder to get around; further away from what I know
5. Housemate is a smoker; but she only smokes outside(house didn't smell like smoke)
