Moving to a larger house
1. More rooms
2. More space?
3. a whole house
4. open kitchen plan
5. larger studio
6. Can have guests to stay over (parents, siblings)
7. Storage space
8. Wooden floors place
1. Re-location to another area
2. Limited transport
3. Not within walking distance of museums, shops and friends
4. No Garden in front
5. Living Area will be more compact
6. Will have more rooms but not more space? And people only come 1 a year.
7. Will be to big (to maintain and no need for it now)
