We are trying to decide if we should live in a flat or in a two story apartment.
1. no stair
2. better layout
3. kitchen island
4. No outdoor stairs
5. More space
1. no privacy near door
2. Loud Upstairs neighbors
3. no separation of rooms and house
4. porch
