Pros & Cons of Working at Mercy Hospital

I just had my interview at Mercy Hospital. It went pretty well, but I also have to let Methodist know yes/no on their offer.
1. I am comfortable with the Mercy environment, since I have done clinicals there for a year.
2. I have heard great things about the floor.
3. It is a clean well taken care of floor.
1. I have heard bad things about being a nurse at Mercy.
2. You cannot float around like you can at Methodist.
3. My future for working at Blank is not accomplished.
