Pros & Cons of Moving home vs. living with my obnoxious roommates

My roommates suck. They are dirty and disrespectful. It's college housing and I'm on the lease for a year so I have to pay the rent regardless but you can't put a price on your emotional health.. can you?
1. not having to be in their filthy mess
2. not having to pay for them to leave the window open with the heat on
3. coming home to my dog
4. not being miserable all the time
5. won't waste money on eating take out all the time because I can't cook in the kitchen
6. not having to see John's face everyday
7. not being able to study because they are playing video games on volume 2000
8. my Corelle wear, silverware, baking cups, ice cream scooper, etc. not being broker/randomly thrown out
1. I have to pay $2695 even if I don't live there
2. gas money going back and forth
3. not having a place to go in between classes
