lose those last 10 lbs
1. Will wear 75 percent more of my wardrobe
2. Will wear my hair down and straight
3. Confidence
4. Eager to go out, meet new people and try new things
5. Proud in front of my husband
6. Better love life
7. Feel Accomplished
8. Wear my pretty jewelry
9. Rings will fit better
10. Can focus on other more meaningful things
1. Wont get to self-soothe with food just whenever
2. More careful at restaurants
3. Smaller portions
4. Feeling hungry for at least the first week
5. Will have to work harder when stressed not to "fall off the wagon"
