Pros & Cons of changing back to old employer

worked as a social worker with an agency for a few months part time, started a full time job 3 months ago, considering returning full time to previous job
1. increase in pay about 8%
2. familiar with the work
3. more opportunity for advancement in the agency
4. less pressure and stress
5. more respect from colleagues
6. more flexibility(holiday's off)
7. less parking problems, wont have to be there super early
8. less legal liability
1. waiting for insurance to start over again
2. having to leave the specialized field of medical
3. more opportunity for advancement outside of the agency
4. no guarantee where i would be placed in the agency
5. risk of causing bad reputation in field for quitting so soon after starting
6. no guarantee if I will like my new boss as much as I like my current one
