8. 9/80 OFF Friday
9. Relationships with smart and talented people
10. Good balance between life and work
1. Low salary ($79k) 70th percentile IEEE
2. No or low bonuses $100-300 pre-taxes
3. Dealing with other employees like Scott, Greg, Brad
4. Steamrolled when voicing my opinions, counted as too emotional
5. Traffic if stay late
6. Bad salary increases (<3%) 3.2->1.5->2.5
7. Low quality guidance without realistic timeframes
8. Low job satisfaction
9. Poor benefits
10. 9/80 extra hour a day
11. Merging into larger BAE caused new policy changes, took away AIT culture
12. Hassle when trying to personal vacation (DoD & Directorate notification months in advance)
13. Other jobs may be more than 40 hours/week
14. Hassle to find new job
