Pros & Cons of should i continue in the band (or quit)

band choice
1. He knows a lot, i learn how it works and it will get happening, i will grow enough to move on and be successful
2. im learning guitar and mic and stage skills for free, win win
3. it's close by
4. we connect musically
5. he believes in it, he accepts my voice and likes it the way it is
6. he hears and plays some of my songs the way he wants it
7. he had inspired me to write music again and i enjoyed myself the day we had a rehearsal where we played maybe your right
8. we already have a keyboard player
9. i perform in a month , he wants to teach me
10. i may be able to get steve to do bass
11. givn a mic stand and will be given logic
12. matt likes my voice too they are both positive
1. he hasnt rung me after he upset me, actions show doesnt care much and lacks integrity
2. he smokes pott
3. he has done drugs and smokes pott and doesnt think he has a problem
4. i showed up at 1pm it put me out with getting ready and the gym etc, he coulda rang me, he said normally he wouldnt do that, he said band practice is practice...etc
5. and then he showed up late again the other day
6. he texted at 1025 to tsll me he just woke up and can we make it 11 30, i wasz ready already i couldve slept in cause i hadnt slept or gone to the gym it put me out
7. he said he fell off the wagon because people offered it to him, he said he want gunn drink andymore thn he said he'll try and control it
8. he used the excuse that he wa pffered it
9. i was ready to leave then, despite only having 2hr leep i set my alarb because i had to be there
10. he was antisocial and tired when we met up maybe stones
11. he has been a bit tatless in telling me to dress differently
12. he siad sexy latin lady, perfect body id do anything to get her to bed..the way he said it all was degrading then i told him howiw will get a dance teacher, he said do zoomba, i said no , after he spoke of how sexy she is, he then said that he and I are g
13. he acts above me a bit
14. he didnt care how i felt enough to act on it other than a shit text
