Pros & Cons of Staying with my current employer

Current job vs. new job
1. I know my job pretty well.
2. My boss is no longer my boss so maybe things will get better.
3. I could possibly move to a lead role.
4. Great benefits.
5. Get along with my coworkers.
6. Work very close to home.
7. Can take off for FMLA and be back to work in 2 hours.
1. Job has changed and I don't know it as well as I used to.
2. I don't know who my new boss will be or if it really will get better.
3. Moving up might be months from now after years of waiting. Don't know if it will really happen. Don't necessarily believe it will. Not sure it would even be a good move.
4. Pay could be better.
5. Will reach a pay cap in the next 3-4 years I think.
6. Have to wait 2 more years to get another week of vacation.
7. Don't care for a lot of the managers.
8. Feel the company is unethical.
9. Not sure things will ever get better. I've been unhappy most of my 7 years at this job.
