Pros & Cons of leaving current job for new job?

There is an offer on the table for a new job.
1. Better hours
2. Holidays off to spend with family
3. Closer to where I live now.
4. Good organization to work for
5. Stable hours
6. Never have to work more than 8 hrs a day.
7. Possible advancement
8. Able to attend Weekend College
9. More hours
10. Better PTO
1. Like the mission of current place
2. Love my current coworkers
3. Teaching the kids about culture.
4. Monday-Fridays open
5. Awesome Boss
6. More relaxed
7. Less aggressive youth
8. Possible negotiations in regards to benefits
9. Better pay
10. Being a lead worker
