I currently work part time and mostly from home (3 1/2 days a week). I have someone watching the kids while I work and my kids are 2.5 and 4.5. I'm debating taking a full-time job out of the house. I am in the tech industry and feel like I could be becoming too niche and less marketable. Running errands with the kids on my two days off ends up being stressful and more focused on getting stuff done rather than spending time with them. If I work 40 hours I might end up being more focused at home if I can hire someone to clean and give the shuttling and errands to the nanny.
